Hunt of Hunt Corp. represents landlord, Anton Cerrrone Associates, in 8,627 s/f lease to Vasomedical at 137 Commercial Street, Plainview

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Vasomedical Inc. has leased 8,627 s/f of industrial space at 137 Commercial St. David Hunt, president of Hunt, represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates in the lease negotiations. Gerry Krush of Real Estate Strategies, Ltd represented the tenant. "Most industrial buildings on Long Island could not accommodate Vasomedical's requirement for a high percentage of office space. The building at 137 Commercial Street is a flex building with more parking than a standard industrial building. This allowed the extra office space that was required," said Hunt. "The space is now being reconfigured and built to their specifications." Vasomedical, a global leader in non-invasive healthcare solutions and products is relocating their corporate office to Plainview from Melville. Vasomedical is the parent company of operating subsidiaries - Vasomedical Solutions, Vasomedical Global and VasoHealthcare.
