Hunt of Hunt Corp. represents landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates, in 25,000 s/f industrial lease to Sid Harvey Industries

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Sid Harvey Industries, Inc. has leased 25,000 s/f of industrial space at 175 Central Ave. David Hunt, president of Hunt, represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates in the lease negotiations. Sid Harvey represented themselves. "Sid Harvey outgrew their present location in Farmingdale and needed to expand," said Hunt. "This building was the right size and offered the right combination of parking and showroom space. Anton Cerrone, the landlord, is currently custom-building the tenant installation, and the space is scheduled to be delivered to the tenant by March 1st. The space will be used for warehouse, distribution, and a showroom/pickup center for the heating and air-conditioning trades." Sid Harvey Industries, Inc. was founded in 1931 and is a wholesale distributor of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating equipment and parts for contractors in the United States. It offers motors and motor accessories, thermostats, heating controls, hydronics, oil and gas heating parts, HVAC equipment, air conditioning and refrigeration parts, electrical equipment, pipes and fittings, chemicals, instruments, and tools. The company also manufactures parts for air conditioning and refrigeration markets. The company has showrooms in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. It has a distribution center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; and manufacturing locations in Andrews, South Carolina.
