Hunt of Hunt Corp. leases 15,890 s/f industrial space to Liebert Corp.
Plainview, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Liebert Corp (Columbus OH) has leased 15,890 s/f of industrial space at 125 Newtown Rd. David Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease. Phil D’Avanzo of Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island represented the tenant.
“The landlord is finishing the tenant space to Liebert’s specifications,” said Hunt. “The ‘turnkey’ installation includes custom offices, a new meeting room, and an upgraded electrical service for their operations. This is typical of many of the tenant installations by Anton-Cerrone Associates. Delivery of the space will be in the second quarter of 2018.”
Liebert Corp, a business of Vertiv, is a global manufacturer of power, precision cooling and infrastructure management systems for the mainframe computer, server racks, and critical process systems. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, the business employs more than 1,800 people across 12 manufacturing plants worldwide.
