Hunt of Hunt Corp. brokers sale of 47,050 s/f Deer Park building

Deer Park, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., CT International Aluminum Corp. has purchased the 47,050 s/f building at 71 East Industry Court. David Hunt of Hunt Corp. and Gary Brody of Brody Realty Corp., represented the seller, Great American Electronics. The buyer was represented by David Rotter of Metro Realty Services, LLC and Linda Wong of Commerical-Real Estate Warehouse-Investment.

CT International Aluminum Corp. is a privately owned aluminum windows and doors manufacturer. They feature storefront and entrance doors and windows, tilt and turn windows, terrace doors, patio doors, bi-fold sliding doors, curtain wall systems, railing systems, skylights, and stainless steel cladding. They serve the New York metro area. The 47,050 s/f industrial building sits on an oversized lot of 2.5 acres and is located two blocks from Tanger Outlets and minutes from major roadways.

The building has been renovated, inside and out, and consists of two loading docks, one drive-in door, and 150 parking spaces in an enclosed yard.
