Hunt leases 24,000 s/f of industrial space to Duro Dyne Corp. in Fontana, CA
According to Hunt Corp. Services, Inc., located in Plainview, N.Y., Duro Dyne Corp. has leased 24,000 s/f of industrial space on Commerce Way. John Hoblin of Hunt exclusively represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Jeff Bellitti of Jones Lang LaSalle, located in Los Angeles, represented the landlord.
"Duro Dyne relocated their warehouse from Santa Fe Springs, California to the new location and is using the space for warehouse distribution," said Hoblin of Hunt.
Middle Island, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated the lease for the Giunta’s Meat Farms to occupy 45,000 s/f at Strathmore Commons.
