Hunt Corporate Services secures 10,000 s/f lease
According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., East Coast Fertility has leased 10,000 s/f at 245 Newtown Rd. The suite will be completely built out to East Coast Fertility specifications by the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates and the space is expected to be ready for occupancy this summer.
East Coast Fertility, the premier center for infertility care on Long Island, was conceived by Dr. David Kreiner, the pioneer of IVF on Long Island.
Hunt Corporate Services is the exclusive leasing agent for the landlord/developer, Anton Cerrone.
