Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. has brokered two lease renewals totaling 32,500 s/f.
Ambassador Book Service, Inc. has renewed their lease of a 20,000 s/f industrial building at 550 Smith St. Hunt represented the landlord Great Neck Saw Manufactures, Inc., in the lease negotiations.
Ambassador Book Service, Inc., with headquarters in Melville, provides print and non-print materials to college, university, school, public, government, and medical libraries throughout the world. It supplies course materials, including textbooks, e-books, course packs, software, scrubs, uniforms, and customized kits, as well as media and journals. Ambassador uses the industrial building on Smith St. for secondary warehouse space.
Curtiss-Wright Controls Integrated Sensing has also renewed their lease at 175 Central Ave. Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, and Mohr Partners (Dallas, Tex.) represented the tenant.
