Hunt Corp. Services acts for Swiss International Air Lines in 10,000 s/f sublease

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Mortgage Enterprise has subleased 10,000 s/f on the seventh floor at RXR Plaza. Hunt represented Swiss International Air Lines, Ltd in the transaction. Mortgage Enterprise, Ltd. is residential mortgage banker, licensed by the NYS Banking Department as a direct lender. Since 1994, the company has provided a full range of conventional, FHA, VA and niche mortgage products to their customers, and their business is almost entirely referral based. Mortgage Enterprise is one of the very few lenders still offering a true "no income" loan. RXR Plaza is a 1.1 million s/f class A office complex consisting of two 15-story glass towers. The complex is adjacent to the Meadowbrook Pwy. with access to all major highways and near the Marriott Hotel, Nassau Coliseum and Roosevelt Field. The building features a fitness center, day care center, dry cleaner and post office/FedEx. Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. specializes in exclusively representing clients for the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate.
