lease renewal to CHIPS Computer Consulting in Syosset

Syosset, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., CHIPS Computer Consulting has renewed their lease of 10,000 s/f at 5 Aerial Way. David Hunt of Hunt Corp. represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates. Harris Rousso of Real Estate Strategies, Ltd represented the tenant in the negotiations.

Founded in 1993, CHIPS offers IT solutions and customer service with an emphasis on industry best practices, ensuring the technology they are utilizing works to its full potential.  CHIPS has grown exponentially over the past 20 years yet still remains focused on business process and customer service.

The building at 5 Aerial Way is a 60,000 s/f industrial flex building located immediately off the Long Island Expressway. The building, part of a portfolio of over 700,000 s/f, is currently fully leased. Hunt is the exclusive leasing agent for Anton Cerrone.
