Hunt Corp. appointed exclusive leasing agent 9,500 s/f for 160 Terminal Drive

Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. has been named exclusive leasing agent for 9,500 s/f of industrial space 160 Terminal Dr., by the landlord, 160 Terminal Dr. LLC. The unit is part of a 20,000 s/f industrial building at 160 Terminal Dr., and is located immediately off the Long Island Expressway (Exit 46) and Sunnyside Blvd. The building features both ground-level loading doors and a loading dock, sprinklers, sewers, gas heating and alarms. The available unit has an administrative office of 1,980 s/f and a 500 s/f production office. "If the three most important things about real estate are location, location and location," said David Hunt, president of Hunt. "Then this property meets all of those criteria. It is ideally suited for the company that must have easy access to Long Island and the five boroughs. The building is located at the crossroads of Long Island with easy access to the Long Island Expressway, Northern State Parkway, and the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway."
