Hunt Construction Services to act as construction manager for All-System Aerospace renovation

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., All-System Aerospace International Inc., has purchased the 20,000 s/f industrial building located at 75 Beacon Dr. John Hoblin of Hunt represented the buyer. Alan Yaffe of United Realty represented the seller, Triangle Properties. The building is being renovated from the exterior walls inward and configured for 7,000 s/f of office and 13,000 s/f of warehouse. Hunt Construction Services, Inc., was hired as construction manager for the renovation. "The tenant was looking to purchase a building that would allow for consolidation and modernization upgrades to the company," said John Hoblin, senior managing partner of Hunt. "This building accommodated their requirements, enabling them to move in the direction of their business goals." In 1978, All-System Aerospace was incorporated as a division of All-System GmbH to support the American manufactured products and aircraft that were in use by the German military. Beginning with the purchase of this division in 1983, All-System Aerospace expanded its market to include the entire world, starting with Europe, Australia, and Turkey, and growing from there. Today, All-System is an AS9120/ISO 9100 certified worldwide exporter, distributor and supplier of airframe and engine components. All-System a stocking distributor for American manufacturers of aircraft parts, including; structural airframe parts, windows, insulation blankets, filters, engine parts and aircraft consumables.
