Hunt Construction Services, Inc. awarded contract for 15,000 s/f build-out

Hunt Construction Services, Inc. has been awarded the contract to build-out the interior of a 15,000 s/f industrial building at 100 Newtown Rod. by C-W Plainview LLC. Hunt Construction previously demolished the dilapidated interior, repaved the parking lot, and replaced the outdated facade in an architectural renovation after the acquisition of the building by C-W Plainview. GenServe has signed a long-term lease for the building and the new interior renovation plans were submitted as per the new tenant's specifications. The new interior will consist of 5,400 s/f of office space with the remainder being completed for industrial/warehouse space. The building will be completed with a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system, all new carpentry, all new restroom facilities, new electric system, fire alarm and sprinkler modifications and new lighting. The new tenant plans to occupy the building upon completion of the renovation.
