Hunt Construction Services awarded landscaping, exterior renovation contract

According to Hunt Construction Services, Inc., the company has been awarded a contract for landscaping and exterior renovations by the owner of the Package Fulfillment Center. "Phase 1 of work is currently underway with a huge clean-up and massive pruning and shrub removal campaign. A heavy application of mulching, pothole repair, crack filling, sealcoating, linestriping, handicapped compliant signage and steps to mitigate future illegal dumping are next up. The approximately 57,000 s/f building is already visible from Lakeland Ave. and makes quite an appearance." said Robert Ciurleo, senior managing partner. "The subject property had become massively overgrown and illegally dumped on over a period of time and the building was nearly invisible from busy Lakeland Ave.," Ciurleo said.
