Hunt awarded contract to renovate 57,000 s/f in Ronkonkoma

According to Hunt Construction Services, Inc., the firm has been awarded a contract to renovate the site of a 57,000 s/f building on four acres by the owner, Package Fulfillment Center. The renovation consists of parking lot repair, landscaping and other exterior maintenance. "The site was left in disrepair by the previous tenant," said Robert Ciurleo, project manager at Hunt Construction. "This is the kind of work that makes real estate a lot more marketable. It is often called 'curb appeal.' Property owners can get a lot of bang for their buck with this type of maintenance and clean-up. We will be taking care of parking lot repair, landscaping maintenance, and any other tasks necessary to show off the building."
