Humphrey returns to Vishnick McGovern Milizio after concluding a five-year tenure as the manager of the fiduciary accounting department of a top-tier firm in New York City. He brings with him the considerable experience gained working with some of the most well respected trusts and estates practitioners in the country, representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries of high-net-worth trusts and estates in all aspects of administration, probate, and accounting proceedings. Here at VMM, Humphrey's practice will focus on contested accounting proceedings of both trusts and estates. Sean Lasky, Esq.'s background includes practicing at renowned firms in New York City and Long Island where he gained experience in commercial and estate litigation, including issues related to real estate transactions, foreclosures, fraud, professional negligence, matrimonial and criminal law.
