Hummel of JF Real Estate arranges 1,800 s/f lease
According to JF Real Estate, Inc., one of its real estate agents, Patrick Hummel, represented "Made in Japan Teriyaki Experience." He negotiated a lease between Teriyaki Experience and COR Development Companies for 1,800 s/f at the Towne Center at Watertown.
JF Real Estate is a full service commercial real estate company that along with the traditional services also provides design, construction and property management services.
Teriyaki Experience is an Asian inspired quick service restaurant with 150 locations worldwide.
This is the first location in New York state and the 6th in the U.S.
