Jerry Houlihan and Steve McCulloch of Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors, LLC has arranged the $2.95 million sale of two three-story brick apartment buildings located near the Cross Westchester Expressway. The property addresses are 37 North Hillside Ave. and 7 Paulding St.
37 North Hillside Ave. contains 12 apartments and 7 Paulding St. contains 17 apartments with on-site outdoor parking spaces for 10 vehicles.
