Jerry Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC has arranged the purchase of a non-performing first mortgage and the simultaneous purchase of the fee simple to a mixed-use property located at 4062-4072 White Plains Rd. in the Wakefield neighborhood. The property is an irregular 9,000 s/f lot improved with a three-story mixed-use building, containing two retail stores and two apartments and a one-story retail strip, containing three retail stores and a graveled used car lot. It contains 115 ft. of frontage on White Plains Rd. and 80 ft. of frontage on East 229th St. The property will be re-stabilized and managed by Metro Property Group, LLC, subsidiary of Houlihan-Parnes.
