Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes brokers $6.75 million sale of two six-story apartment buildings

According to Jerry Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC the $6.75 million sale of two six-story brick Tudor elevator apartment buildings with a drive-in courtyard and on-site parking for 37 cars has been completed. The building is located at 40, 40A, 50, 50A Locust Hill Ave. containing 102 apartments. The building is located between Baldwin Ave. and Cromwell Pl. near the Downtown Waterfront Revitalization District just north of Getty Sq. and the approved "Chicken Island Development Site." The property was sold in an arms length transaction to a holding company that owns several hundred apartments in the county.
