Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate Group names Klein Westchester regional manager

Rye Brook, NY According to Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Real Estate Group, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, Garry Klein has been appointed Westchester regional manager. In this role, Klein will work closely with director Thomas LaPerch in recruiting, marketing and sales operations in Westchester County.

“I am very grateful for this new role, as it is not only a great fit, but allows me to further leverage my skill-set,” said Klein. “I am very well versed in the Westchester market and look forward to continuing that level of success as well as assisting in the management and growth of the company.”

Klein has been involved in commercial real estate for over 25 years and has a diverse background in investment, development, management, and construction of commercial sites. He has been involved with many interesting and complex real estate transactions in the region that have ranged from office and retail leasing, sales of multi-family, office and commercial properties to zoning and approvals on land, and adaptive reuse and redevelopment of commercial properties.

Klein holds a master’s degree in Real Estate and City Planning from Pratt Institute, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1987, and a Certified Real Estate Appraiser since 2008. He has been a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors Commercial & Investment Division since 1997.

Klein is also on the Board of Directors of his Neighborhood Association and has worked with many charitable organizations, including Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity, United Jewish Appeal, Toys for Tots, and the White Plains Interfaith Housing Alliance.
