Houlihan Lawrence Commercial secures retail lease at 300 Columbus Ave.

Tuckahoe, NY Klein Lefkowitz Commercial Team at Houlihan Lawrence has completed the lease-up of 300 Columbus Ave., a 1,200 s/f ground-floor retail space in the downtown. The space was leased to Ora Couture LLC for $45 per s/f NNN on a five-year lease term.

The new tenant, Ora Couture LLC, is expanding into downtown to take advantage of the retail opportunity in a high-traffic, transit-oriented corridor with direct access to the surrounding communities of Bronxville, Eastchester, and Scarsdale.

“This transaction reflects the continued demand we’re seeing for premium retail space in Westchester County’s most walkable and commuter-accessible downtowns,” said Kenneth Lefkowitz of Klein Lefkowitz Commercial. “300 Columbus Ave. offered a rare combination of visibility, foot traffic, and proximity to transit that made it an ideal fit for a growing brand like Ora Couture.”

The landlord was represented by Lefkowitz and Fatima Candiotti of Klein Lefkowitz Commercial at Houlihan Lawrence Commercial
