Houlihan Lawrence Commercial leases 15,929 s/f in Westchester County

14-20 Willets Avenue - Port Chester, NY

Port Chester, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, has negotiated 15,929 s/f in commercial leases for six properties in Westchester County.

The lease transactions are:

• 14-20 Willets Ave.
Four leases totaling 7,323 s/f were signed at 14-20 Willets Ave. The landlord was represented by Mike Rackenberg, associate broker, with Houlihan Lawrence Commercial on all four transactions. A financial services company leased 3,003 s/f on the building’s second floor. The tenant was represented by Michael McCall of CBRE. Additionally, an engineering firm moved into 1,320 s/f on the second floor. On the third floor, a local photographer leased 1,000 s/f. The building’s 2,000 s/f retail space was leased to an events/party planning company. The retail tenant was represented by Nico Rossi of Rakow Commercial Realty Group.

• 6 International Dr., Rye Brook
A boutique real estate law firm, Drechsler & Drechsler LLP, leased 2,366 s/f at 6 International Dr. The firm is relocating their offices from Manhattan. Jared Stone of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the tenant. Dana Pike of George Comfort & Sons represented ownership.

• 18-20 Main St., Yonkers
All American Homecare Agency has leased 1,800 s/f for a five-year term at 18-20 Main St.

• 1875 Palmer Ave., Larchmont
Houlihan Lawrence Commercial’s Teresa Marziano brokered the lease of 1,800 s/f of office space at the IFO Building at 1875 Palmer Ave. to Logicus, a newly formed educational business. Marziano negotiated the lease on behalf of Logicus. Marie Grasso of Grasso Brothers represented the building’s owner.

• 8 Revolutionary Rd., Ossining
NYS assemblywomen Dana Levenberg leased 1,700 s/f for a four-year term. The tenant is relocating from 2 Church St. Trevor Tunnell, president T Square Properties, represented the tenant.

• 68-72 East Post Rd., White Plains
Papa John’s restaurant leased 1,000 s/f of retail space 68-72 East Post Rd. The landlord was represented by Michael Rackenberg of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial. The space provides Papa John’s exposure, being directly across from White Plains Hospital and close to new multifamily development. It is near public transportation, including the Metro-North Railroad and highways. The tenant was represented by Garry Klein, associate broker with Houlihan Lawrence Commercial. The property is now fully occupied with office tenants above the first-floor level retail.
