Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Division facilitates sale of 19 Odell Ave for $1.19 million

White Plains, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, a leading real estate firm serving New York City’s northern suburbs, has brokered the sale of a 10-unit multifamily building located at 19 Odell Ave., for $1.19 million.

The seller was represented by Mike Rackenberg, associate broker, and the buyer was represented by Jeffrey Landsman, associate broker, both with Houlihan Lawrence Commercial.

This 10-unit multifamily property consists of (7) two bedroom/one bath units and (3) one bedroom/one-bathroom units. One of the one-bedroom units is occupied by an on-site superintendent. Built in 1926, the 7,166 s/f building sits on a 50’ x 103’ lot.

This property is situated in a residential neighborhood minutes from downtown White Plains, which offers an array of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Close to public transportation, including the Metro-North Railroad and major highways. Right next door, White Plains Hospital has purchased the approximately 4-acre parcel at 77 W. Post Rd. where a $160 million mixed-use development had been planned.
