Houlihan Lawrence appoints Bauman as new manager of Bedford/Pound Ridge brokerage

Bedford, NY Houlihan Lawrence has appointed Tiffany Bauman as manager of its Bedford/Pound Ridge brokerage office.

Bauman has background in real estate, operating her own NYC boutique residential real estate brokerage, Tiffany Bauman Real Estate, for nearly two decades. Prior to her career in real estate, Bauman received her law degree from Fordham Law School and worked in litigation for over a decade with several NYC law firms.

“I am excited to join the award-winning Houlihan Lawrence Bedford/Pound Ridge brokerage and partner with the elite group of agents that make up the team,” said Bauman. “I look forward to leveraging my expertise in real estate and law to help support our agents and advance the brokerage,” she said.

Bauman is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the National Association of Realtors, The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, and the NY State Association of Realtors.

In 2024, Houlihan Lawrence is the market leader in Bedford and the town of Pound Ridge.
