Italian fashion house Valentino has secured a long-term home for its offices and showrooms on the 26th, 31st and 32nd floors of 11 West 42nd St., having signed a lease for 28,000 s/f.
The transaction includes a long-term lease for the top two floors of the building, which became available with a lease termination of an existing tenant. It also includes a lease amendment, which extends Valentino's lease on the 26th floor beyond the 2011 expiration of its current sublease.
