Horn of Schacker Realty brokers $2.6 million sale: 33,871 s/f industrial
Oceanside, NY According to Schacker Realty, a fully-tenanted property at 3300-3380 Lawson Blvd. has sold for $2.6 million. The seven-unit multi-tenant industrial building contains 33,871 s/f.
The seller, 3300 Lawson Oceanside LLC, and the buyer, 3300 Hila Realty LLC were represented by Jeffrey Horn of Schacker Realty. The transaction was an all-cash deal.
