The Staubach Company has represented Sumisho Computer Systems, USA, in a 10-year, 6,665 s/f lease at 600 Third Ave. Sumisho, will occupy part of the 25th floor in the building, owned by L&L Holdings. The company is relocating from the 30th floor.
L&L negotiated a lease termination with Design Strategy Corp., which previously occupied the 30th floor, laying the groundwork for Sumisho to sign.
