Hochhausl brings with him 17 years of experience as a project engineer and project manager in pharmaceutical, central utility and office renovation projects. Prior to joining H2M, Hochhausl spent the previous seven years as a project manager at Hauppauge-based Stantec Consulting.
"I am looking forward to working for a well-defined organization, as well as growing my career long-term with H2M," Hochhausl said.
A graduate of Stony Brook University with a bachelor's degree in engineering science, Hochhausl is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York.
After suffering a traumatic leg injury in 2012, Hochhausl has since finished in second place in the 2013 Tobay Triathlon, placed in the top 10 in the 2013 Mighty Hamptons Olympic Triathlon and completed his first full marathon this spring.
"I am always looking for new challenges and have learned to never say never," Hochhausl said.
