Hochberg of SRS Real Estate Partners reps tenant in 21,191 s/f lease
The Tile Shop has leased 21,191 s/f at 423 Central Park Ave. David Hochberg, a SVP in SRS Real Estate Partners' N.Y. office, represented The Tile Shop and Monique Ward of Adirondack Retail Consultants represented the landlord.
"This is The Tile Shop's first foray into N.Y.'s Westchester County. The store will provide both the 'Do-It-Yourselfer' and professional contractor with a broad selection of natural stone and ceramic tile at competitive prices. We are very happy to have them on Central Ave.," said Hochberg.
