Hirschfeld of Hunt leases 4,250 s/f to ProHealth

Huntington, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., ProHealth Dental has leased 4,250 s/f of retail space at 35 Gerard St.  Bob Hirschfeld of Hunt represented the landlord, Gerard Street Properties. The tenant was represented by Joanne Argenti of Ripco Real Estate Corp.  

ProHealth Dental, having locations in Lake Success, Long Island City, and Howard Beach, provides preventative care, diagnostics, and basic treatment including; routine cleaning, crown & bridges, teeth whitening, dentures, extractions, regular exams, and X-rays. “ProHealth was looking for a location in the heart of Huntington Village with on-site parking. This location met their needs perfectly,” said Hirschfeld.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
