The Long Island Commercial Network (LICN) recently named Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT's Alan Hendrickson their 2007 Commercial Realtor of the Year. LICN is the Commercial Division of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR)
An associate broker, Hendrickson has been with CBC NRT Long Island & Queens for five years and has an accomplished history in commercial real estate. In addition to serving on the board of directors and as treasurer of the LICN, as well as involvement in the Commercial-Industrial Brokers Society, Hendrickson is a member of the joint audit committee for LIBOR and the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. Further, in 2008 Hendrickson will serve as president of the Metro Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors.
