Hemisphere Holdings sells Lattimore Hall for $3.803 million

Auburn, NY According to Richard Will, president at Hemisphere Holdings Corp., the firm has completed the sale of Lattimore Hall Student Housing Apartments. The subject property is located at 81 Genesee St., and contains 97 beds.
The sale price was $3.803 million. The seller was Lattimore Hall, LLC and the buyer was WCBB Holdings, LLC.
Servicing SUNY Cayuga Community College, this student housing facility is in excellent condition after $500,000 in recent remodeling and upgrades. This dormitory also has a history of high occupancy. The new ownership plans to streamline student leasing with greater online accessibility by the applicants.
