Helmsley Spear reps ladlord, Gallen Technology Solutions, Inc. in 5,521 s/f lease for Zazoom, LLC at 55 Broadway

Jonathan Dean, senior vice president and director of commercial leasing at Helmsley Spear revealed the following new lease at 55 Broadway. Zazoom, LLC, an internet based news program, has signed a new lease at 55 Broadway, occupying 5,521 rentable s/f on a portion of the 8th Floor for a 28 month term. Zazoom, LLC, is a producer and multi-platform distributor of compelling, edgy, viral, advertiser friendly video content. Helmsley Spear represented the landlord, Gallen Technology Solutions, Inc., while Stephen Chasanoff of Colliers International NY, LLC represented the tenant in this transaction.
