Heilpern, Karson and Lomazow of CBRE-LI arrange 10,000 s/f lease

The Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis has arranged a 10,000 s/f lease for The Spector Group at 220 Crossways Park West. The New York-based architecture, interior design and master planning firm relocated its Long Island operations to the area from its previous space at 3111 New Hyde Park Rd. in North Hills, which Spector owns and converted to a medical building. The CBRE team of Philip Heilpern, Richard Karson and Martin Lomazow represented The Spector Group in the long-term lease.
