Robert Hebron IV of Ingram & Hebron Realty, Inc. represented landlord and tenant in a long-term lease at 372-374 Fulton St. The lease was for 3,200 s/f and 3,200 s/f on the second floor. The tenant also took the top three floors, consisting of 1,500 s/f each.
Its centralized Fulton Mall location and two commercial kitchens, the site is the ideal place for the organization's first foray outside of Harlem. The owners intend to maintain the menu featuring items named for local celebrities, artists, clergy and politicians while adding items with a Brooklyn theme.
A formal opening date is tentatively scheduled for late 2007 or early 2008.
