* 7,000 s/f at 168th Place and Jamaica Ave., Jamaica. Hartman represented AAP and CPEX Realty represented the landlord
* 7,600 s/f at 182 South Main St., New City. Hartman represented both parties.
* 7,760 s/f at 1071 Old Country Rd., Riverhead. Hartman represented AAP and Brody Realty represented the landlord.
