Marvin Hartman, executive VP at Pliskin Realty & Development closed six 10-year leases for Advanced Auto Parts, Inc. (AAP)this past year and brokered the following four 10-year leases totaling 29,860 s/f: * 7,000 s/f at 168th Place and Jamaica Ave., Jamaica. Hartman represented AAP and CPEX Realty represented the landlord * 7,600 s/f at 182 South Main St., New City. Hartman represented both parties. * 7,760 s/f at 1071 Old Country Rd., Riverhead. Hartman represented AAP and Brody Realty represented the landlord. * 7,500 s/f at 125 North Ave., New Rochelle. Hartman represented both parties.
