Hartman of Pliskin Realty brokers $1.1 million land sale for AAP

Marvin Hartman, executive VP at Pliskin Realty & Development, a prominent New York-Metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firm, continues to drive new locations for Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (AAP). Hartman brokered a $1.1 million, one and one-half acre land tract sale located at 64 Forest Ave. Hartman represented the buyer, AAP, and Anthony Russo of Cushman Wakefield represented the owner. Additionally, Hartman brokered three 10-year leases, including: * 6,900 s/f at 264 Middle Country Rd. in Coram. Hartman represented AAP and Dan Glaser of Ripco represented the landlord, * 9,000 s/f at 78-02 Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights. Hartman represented both APP and the property owner. * 6,800 s/f at 4354 Amboy Rd. in Staten Island. Hartman represented AAP and the property owner.
