Harold D. Baker & Co. places $3.65 million total in permanent financing

Harold D. Baker & Co., Inc. has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $3.65 million with RiverSource Life Insurance Co. for two properties. A $2.35 million first mortgage with a fixed rate for a 10-year term with 25-year amortization was placed on a mixed-use building on Austin St. in the Forest Hills neighborhood. The property is a 10,500 s/f multi-tenant building with retail space on the ground floor and office space on the upper floors. A $1.35 million first mortgage with a fixed rate for a 15-year term with 25-year amortization was placed on a 5-story walkup apartment building containing 20 units on East 24th St. in the Kips Bay section of Manhattan. Harold D. Baker & Co., Inc. specializes in the arrangement of real estate financing including first mortgages, second mortgages, construction loans, participating mortgages and joint venture financing.
