Harold D. Baker & Co., Inc. has arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $18 million for a retail/office building located at 84 Wooster St. in the SoHo neighborhood. The property is situated at the intersection of Spring and Wooster Sts. in the center of the SoHo fashion retailing area. The property is a 76,000 s/f seven-story building with retail on the ground floor and a diverse group of office tenants on the upper floors. Mulberry has recently opened its New York flagship store at the property. The loan was placed for a 10 year term with 30 year amortization for the borrower with RiverSource Life Insurance Co.
