Hanson of Massey Knakal handles $580,000 sale

A multifamily building at 2869 West 17th St., located between Neptune and Mermaid Aves. in Coney Island, was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $580,000. The three-story building is 4,500 s/f and sits on a 20' x 119' lot. The building consists of two three-bedroom units, three two-bedroom units and one single-bedroom unit. Massey Knakal director of sales Brian Hanson exclusively handled this transaction. "The buyer is a local investor with experience in renovation and property management," said Hanson.
