A mixed-use building at 1645 East 19th St., between Quentin Rd. and Kings Hwy. in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood, sold in an all-cash transaction for $760,000.
The 2,500 s/f, two-story, two-family building sits on a 26.25' x 125' lot. There is development potential of 13,125 buildable s/f . The sale price equates to $304 per s/f.
