Hale joins Lynx Mortgage Bank

Westbury NY John Hale III has joined Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC, Commercial Division as a senior loan officer.

Prior, Hale served by presidential appointment in two senior political positions. First, he served, as the deputy associate administrator for the Office of Capital Access at the U.S. Small Business Administration. Secondly, he later served, as the director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) at the U.S. Energy Department (DOE), a political senior executive service position. Hale’s private sector experience primarily revolves around servicing mid-market companies in leadership roles in the financial services and industrial sectors. He served as a CFO and a chief restructuring officer charged with the financial turnaround of under-performing mid-market companies. Also, he served as vice president commercial loan officer at a super-regional bank.

Currently, he serves on the board of directors for two non-profit organizations. First, he is the vice chair of the board of FSC First and member of the finance and compliance committee and serves as the chair of the Ad Hoc Committee for Risk Management. Hale also serves on the board of directors for Next Energy which developments and disseminates smart mobility and smart grid technologies with a focus on the industry and state and local governments.

“I’m excited to be joining Lynx Mortgage Bank’s Commercial Division and having the opportunity to work with CRE owners and investors to assist in arranging financing for their properties and projects,” said Hale.

Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC’s, Commercial Division acts as a consultant to place Debt financing for its clients through third party lenders. Lynx pays special attention to details, and thoroughly understands and analyzes its client’s specific needs. Lynx’s objective is to find the right lender with the right terms for its clients. “We look forward to John utilizing his immense experience from his years in finance towards his role as senior Lynx Commercial loan officer,” said Mohammed Jafri, principal, general counsel of Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC’s, Commercial Division.
