Manhattan, NY According to public records, a two-story retail building in the Meatpacking District has been sold in an off market transaction for $71 million.

771 Washington St., located at the corner of Washington and W. 12th St. is 20,000 s/f with an additional 20,000 s/f of development potential. Occupied by restaurant Barbuto, the property consists of over 100 ft. of frontage on Washington St. and 90 ft. of frontage on W. 12th St.

According to records, the seller of the property listed is Washington LLC and the purchasing entity was 771 Washington Street LLC.
