Hakimian and Haliva of Itzhaki named exclusive agents of retail condo
Itzhaki Properties is the exclusive sales agent for 135 Lafayette St., a retail condo between Canal and Howard Sts.
Itzhaki Properties managing director Ivan Hakimian and associate Eli Haliva represent the seller.
Cathay Bank currently occupies the 4,102 s/f on the ground floor (and the 1,337 s/f lower level) with six years left on their lease.
