Hakimiam and Hazan of Itzhaki Properties complete $4.25 million sale of 10,185 s/f building
Itzhaki Properties has completed the $4.25 million sale of 630 E. 9th St., between Aves. B & C in the East Village. The 10,185 s/f building is a five-story walk-up with 24 apartments. Ivan Hakimian of Itzhaki Properties represented the buyer and Orly Hazan of Itzhaki Properties represented the seller.
