Hackett of Metro Realty Services is sole broker in $1.83 million sale
Bayshore, NY According to Metro Realty Services, LLC, a 7,000 s/f property at 1600 Harrison Ave. has been sold to 1600 Harrison Avenue LLC. The property traded for $1.83 million.
Jeremy Hackett, of Metro Realty Services, LLC represented both the buyer and the seller.
