Hackett of Metro Realty Services handles four
sales totalling 18,005 s/f - $4.885 million
Huntington Station, NY Jeremy Hackett, managing partner / licensed real estate broker of Metro Realty Services, LLC, negotiated four sales transactions.
• 2,000 s/f at 186 Bdwy. to Tree & Brick Landscaping for $910,000. Hackett represented the buyer and the seller, Sapec Industries.
• 6,000 s/f at 152 Toledo St., Farmingdale to AMG Realty LLC for $1.7 million. Hackett represented the buyer and the seller, Black Rock RLTY LLC.
• 3,605 s/f at 410 Long Island Ave., Wyandanch to ColorTek Corp. for $775,000. Hackett represented the seller, Esti Warehouse, Inc. and Luciano Oliverio of Paramount Properties Group represented the buyer.
• 6,400 s/f at 610 Rutgers Rd., West Babylon to LM Sheffield LLC for $1.5 million. Hackett represented the buyer and Jeffrey Horn of Schacker Realty represented the seller, Eastern Fortune Inc.
