Hackett sold 3,250 s/f at 406 Long Island Ave. to MBG Marble & Granite LLC for $840,000. Hackett represented the buyer and the seller, Long Island Ave LLC.

Hackett sold 7,200 s/f at 48 Nancy St., West Babylon, to Platinum Realty for $1.6 million. Hackett represented the buyer and Desmond Mullins of Premier represented the seller, Central Babylon LLC.

Metro Realty sold 7,680 s/f at 175 Liberty St., Copiague, to 175 Liberty Realty LLC for $1.95 million. Hackett represented the buyer and the seller, 175 Liberty Street LLC.

Hackett sold 6,922 s/f at 1701 Arctic Ave., Bohemia, to Arctic Avenue Holding LLC for $1.995 million. Hackett represented the buyer and the seller, LIJOCSP LLC.
