Hach of Refined arranges $4.9 million mortgage for construction of spec house

Pinecrest, FL According to Refined, Joe Hach has arranged a $4,994,865 mortgage for the construction of a spec house.

The proceeds covered 80% loan-to-purchase-price and 85% of hard and soft construction costs. The deal featured a competitive interest rate and a fixed 15-month term, allowing the Borrower ample time to build and sell the project.
