H2M architects + engineers acquires Riddick Associates, PC

H2M architects + engineers has acquired Riddick Associates, PC, a civil and environmental engineering firm. Riddick president Dennis Lindsay, P.E., and his staff of four joined H2M on June 1st. Riddick Associates was established in 1936 as a civil engineering firm, with special emphasis on the water and wastewater disciplines. Many of Riddick's clients are municipalities, and their staff brings a wealth of knowledge in the needs of local government. "The Riddick acquisition will allow us to better serve our Lower Hudson Valley clients," said Rich Humann, H2M's president and CEO. "Their long history of municipal engineering expertise is a perfect match for our firm, and they will serve as an extension of our existing New City and White Plains offices."
